Love this place! Great quality, great value. I stumbled across this place and sure glad I listened to the rest of you. So many options in Annandale but this place is definitely at the top. I highly recommend!! Obviously will return!
I ordered squid+pork but I got baby octopus which is totally fine for me cuz I was debating between the two anyways. The ingredients were fresh and the sauce was so good!! I dipped my fried dumplings in the sauce. The cheese buldak sauce was also very good! Not as spicy as buldak noodles but it was spicy enough for me. All the side dishes were yummy and fresh. Generous portion. The lady was so nice as well. I will definitely visit again.
Combination of allergies, sinus infection, and cold right after a trip means no plans for meals. Ordered online and was ready in 20min. Donkatsu kimbop 8.5/10 So-duk-so-duk 13/10 Modeum ddukbokki 8/10 Food was plenty. Flavor and spices were on point. My only complaint is that I didn't order enough soduksoduk and couldn't finish the ddukbokki. Husband got the pork belly lunch box and it looked phenomenal. Will be back soon. Ambiance isn't what you expect but it's a take out place, and luckily we live close by. Service was good- quick, efficient, and no whats or buts. We'll be back.
I got delivery from DoorDash. Ordered the Bulgogi Bibimbap and also tried the Kimchi Kimbap. I enjoyed both, couldn't stop eating the bibimbap, which had an array of different components, mostly vegetables and all tasty. I would try different stuff next time because there is other intriguing stuff on the menu, but I will definitely be back.
Consistently 5/5. Did a pickup order & they're always on time. The spicy flavor isn't super spicy but got a pleasant warmth. The Kimbap here are as large if not larger than the diameter of a soda can. Not their fault but the short street you turn on to park is a bit rough. If you pickup when it's dark be careful and drive slower.
This place is take out only. I feel like they renovated an office building somehow and made it into a Korean street food take out restaurant. It seems like their kimbap is well known since it takes up a good amount of their menu, so my friend and I ordered a kimbap each. TUNA KIMBAP - 9.99 Overall, good and flavorful. There was a lot of different vegetables and good amount of tuna. However, I felt like there was too much rice (which was also on the soggier side) so I felt like it was too heavy per bite. Still, I'd give the kimbap here a try if you're curious about the new-ish kimbap place! Each order also comes with a 2 oz. cup of pickled radish.
Their kimbap is so yummy. Service was accommodating when I placed my order on UberEats and called them to change something
Large portion for two with plenty of sides. Customer service was amazing! Food was amazing! Will definitely be ordering from here again! Side note: ordered on door dash and it still arrived in perfect order!
OHMANI BAP - I AM YOUR BIGGEST FAN!!! This place - you HAVE to check out this small gem of a place! Their menu offers a good variety of authentic, homemade Korean eats - like, if you're a transplant and you miss your mama's, auntie's, or grandma's cooking, Ohmani Bap's GOT YOU! They have seafood/kimchi/potato pancakes, egg rolls (Korean-style omelette), LA Galbi, bulgogi, spicy chicken dishes, stews, soups, Korean street food (like ddukboki and So Dduk So Dduk), kimbops, dumplings, bibimbops, and even lunch boxes! The hubs and I ordered the following for an early dinner: +Kimchi Pancake - I usually like my kimchi pancakes crispy, but this version was pretty tasty, too - the kimchi was perfectly fermented and there were tons of pieces throughout the pancake; no need for soy sauce! +Potato Pancake - thick and glutinous - this was a great alternative for those who don't want a spicy pancake +LA Galbi - these were cut-up and the galbi was well-marinated and super juicy and tender! The meats just fell right off the bones; this came with some buchu kimchi (Asian chives kimchi) and it was so good! +SoTteok-SoTteok - translated as a 'sausage, rice cake, sausage rice cake', a skewer with bite-sized rice cakes and mini sausages, brushed with a sweet gochujang sauce, topped with some crushed peanuts; Korean street food at its finest! The glaze made both the rice cake and the sausages have a candied exterior from the simmering action +Gahn Jang Dak Kang Jung - crunchy Korean fried bite-sized boneless chicken with a soy sauce glaze; think of these as those soy wings, but in boneless form + Rice Balls - literally slightly larger than golf ball-sized rice balls topped with sesame seeds and strips of nori +Bulgogi Kimbap - large slices of kimbap with a great ratio of rice, veggies, and the bulgogi; the bulgogi was flavorful and tasty! +Spicy Pork Kimbap - large slices of kimbap with a great ratio of rice, veggies, and the jeyook bokeum pork; the pork was flavorful and tasty! +a side of kimchi +a side of pickled chayote +a side of ssamjang Everything was super delicious, fresh, flavorful, and made with pure love - you can tell that this place is passionate about what they do! I'd love to check out their dosiraks (Korean lunch boxes), their lunch specials, their Ojinguh Bokkeum (spicy stir-fried squid), and their Dwegi Galbi Kimchi Jjim (braised kimchi and pork) next time! I know that I'll be purchasing all my kimchi needs from here, too, as they have pogi kimchi (whole napa cabbage kimchi), mat kimchi (cut cabbage kimchi), choong gahk kimchi (ponytail radish kimchi), guht juhl ee kimchi (fresh napa cabbage kimchi that's not fermented; my favorite!), tong chi mi (radish water kimchi; great for the summer!), cucumber kimchi, green onion kimchi, and ggak duki (cubed radish kimchi)! It's more of a carry-out place, but there seems to be many online orders and call-aheads; they also do catering, so make sure you check this place out for any small or large functions! The staff here are super friendly, welcoming, and so kind! There is free parking in the small lot - the little strip area is a row of townhouses that were converted into businesses, located right off of Little River Turnpike, across from Hillbrook Auto. Try out this delicious place and support this small business - you will LOVE it, guaranteed! +delicious homemade Korean eats! +amazing kimchi! +friendly and wonderful staff! +plenty of parking in small lot
We've been searching for a place to buy amazing kimbap since our go-to place closed and now Ohmani Bap is our new favorite! They are a takeout place only with very reasonable prices. We tried the Bulgogi kimbap and the spicy pork kimbap and they each came with 10 pieces for $8. Both of them were so good that I can't even pick a favorite! Very different and distinct tastes, both were fully stuffed and very filling. Kimbap would make an excellent snack or picnic food. They have a lot of food on their menu so we will definitely be back to try more.
